Kentish 75

Anno Kent Dry Gin (25ml)
Kentish Sparkling Wine or Prosecco (100ml)
Fresh lemon juice (dash)
Sugar Syrup (dash)

Method:
Shake gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice with ice, stir in the sparkling wine then strain.

Served in a fluted glass; garnish with a raspberry or strawberry in the bottom of the glass.
