Ingredients
Anno Kent Dry - 50ml
Cold Tea - 75ml
Sugar Syrup - 10ml
Lemon Garnish
Method
Brew your favourite tea, preferably an Earl Grey or other floral flavour, then cool 75ml of the tea.
Next, mix the gin and sugar syrup and pour over ice. Top up with the cold tea and garnish with a slice of lemon.
