Anno Kent Dry GIn - 25ml

10 Sprigs of Tarragon

Fresh Lemon Juice - 25ml

1 Fresh lemon sliced

Soda Water

Caster Sugar

Method

Muddle tarragon, lemon juice, lemon slices and sugar. Shake with gin, vodka and ice. Stir in club soda. Strain and serve over ice. Serve in a Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of tarragon
