A fresh, citrus-forward gin infused with blueberries and strawberries and a touch of alchemy gives us a crisp, fruity gin with a hint of nostalgia.

Science meets nature in this magic gin that changes from blue to pink when you add a slice of citrus, tonic or lemonade. The flowers we infuse with the gin act as a natural pH indicator, changing colour due to the acidity of the citrus or mixer! With natural blueberry and strawberry flavours.

Available in single 70cl bottles, cases and 5cl miniature bottles which make great wedding favours.

ABV: 40% (Vegan and Vegetarian friendly. Contains strawberry).

Botanicals

Coriander is the second most common ingredient in gin. Although all parts of the plant are edible; the fruit or dry coriander seeds only a few millimetres in size are the part we use as a spice to flavour Anno gin. When distilled the seeds have a warm, spicy, nutty flavour that can also combine citrus and orange notes.

The orris root is the rhizome (mass of roots) of the iris flower. Once important in herbal medicine, orris root is more commonly used in the manufacture of perfumes for its scent which is reminiscent of violets. It has a heavy flowery and woody flavour that helps bind the other components in the gin together.

Blueberries lend a unique, subtle sweetness and vibrant fruitiness to gin, elevating its botanical complexity. Their delicate, slightly tart flavor complements the classic juniper and citrus notes, creating a harmonious balance that enhances the gin’s freshness, making each sip an aromatic experience with a crisp, berry-kissed finish.

Nature expertly being crossed with science here. Add some of this to your blend to get a lovely blue colour, but there is more! If you add tonic or lemonade to your drink, watch as this changes from a lovely blue, to pink!
