Anno extreme 95 Gin - 5ml
Premium Indian Tonic - 120ml
Grapefruit slice and/or Thyme
Method
Build in a glass over ice. Stir and serve in a chilled gin balloon with lots of ice. If using thyme allow it to steep in the gin for 5 minutes then garnish with a grapefruit slice.
