Elderflower & Vodka 50ml
Passion Fruit puree - dash
Fresh Lemon Juice - dash
Apple Juice - 150ml
Add a Dash of coconut syrup to feel like your on the beach
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain Serve in a highball glass. Garnish with half a passion fruit or a lemon twist and apple slice.
