A toast to gin! A Kentish twist on the French classic.
Ingredients
Anno Kent Dry Gin - 25ml
Kentish Sparkling Wine - 100ml
Fresh Lemon Juice - 25ml
Sugar Syrup - dash
Method
Shake gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice with ice. Stir in sparkling wine. Strain. Serve in a fluted glass Garnish with a raspberry or strawberry.
