Anno Elderflower and Vodka - 50ml

Juice of half a fresh lemon or lime - 20ml

Turners Pear Cider - to taste

Lemon or lime to garnish

Method

Rim a copa or balloon glass with a lemon wedge and roll in superfine sugar (optional). Fill the glass with large ice cubes. Shake the Anno Elderflower & Vodka with ice and strain into the glass. Top up with Turners Pear Cider and garnish with fresh pear slices.
