Sloe Mule

Take the Russian out and put the British country side in for this fiery, slightly sweet cocktail

Ingredients

Anno Sloe Gin - 50ml

Ginger ale or ginger beer if you like a bit more fire

Lime juice - 15ml

Lime and Mint to garnish

Method

Layer a tall glass with ice and lime slices. Pour over the lime juice and sloe gin and top up with the ginger ale or ginger beer. Garnish with some lime, rubbing a bit on the rim as you go. Finally place a couple of mint leaves in the top and enjoy.
