Anno Sloe Gin - 25ml

English Sparkling Wine, Prosecco or Champagne - 75ml

Pomegranate juice - 25ml

Fresh pomegranate seeds

Optional edition of edible glitter for an extra sparkle

Method

Mix sloe gin and pomegranate juice, add pomegranate seeds and finally add the sparkling wine. Serve in a fluted glass No additional garnish needed as pomegranate seeds will float when the wine is added. Add edible glitter for an extra sparkle!
