Elderflower Cocktails!

Elderflower Gin & Tonic

• Anno Kent Dry Gin (25ml)
• Elderflower & Vodka (25ml)
• Premium Indian Tonic Water (120ml or to taste)
• Lemon Slices

Build in a glass over ice. Stir. Serve in a chilled goblet or highball glass. Garnish with edible floral ice cubes and lemon.

 

Kentish Twinkle

• Elderflower & Vodka (25ml)
• Champagne, Prosecco or English Sparkling Wine (100ml)

 
Stir Anno Elderflower & Vodka into a glass of bubbly. Enjoy Serve in a fluted glass. Garnish with a raspberry.

 

Elderflower Lemonade

• Elderflower & Vodka (50ml)
• Fresh lemon juice (50ml)
• 1 Fresh lemon sliced
• Club soda (200ml)
• Caster sugar (2 tbsp)

Muddle lemon juice, lemon slices & sugar. Shake with vodka & ice. Stir in club soda & serve over ice. Serve in a highball glass & garnish with lemon slice & sprigs of elderflower!

Garden of England

• Anno Kent Dry Gin (25ml)
• Elderflower & Vodka (25ml)
• Fresh Apple Juice (100ml)
• Fresh Lime Juice (25ml)
• Strawberries & Blackberries

Muddle blackberries and strawberries in a shaker. Add other ingredients, shake with ice, strain & serve in a tea cup. Garnish with strawberries & blackberries
