A savoury spice which contains earthy notes

Grains of paradise has a complex flavor: woody, peppery, herby, with a warm subtle heat.

Closer to a chilli pepper than black peppercorns. They have the same peppery bite, but it's wrapped in a sweet fruity flavor reminiscent of a berry with an attitude.

Thyme has a strong herbal flavour with sharp grass, wood, and floral notes while rosemary is a powerful herb, pungent and slightly bitter.

Cocoa balances the sweetness of the fruit and has traditionally been paired with strawberries in desserts.

Anno use a unique and exceptional combination of handpicked lavenders from the beautiful purple fields of the Downderry Nursery in the Kentish countryside.  Lavender varieties were selected for their exquisite floral notes that create a heavenly smooth and creamy feeling in the mouth as well as a fantastic aroma.

Star anise has a mild and fragrant licorice flavor.

The elderflower is from the flowering elderberry plant and, though often thought of as quintessentially English, is wide spread in the Northern Hemisphere. It is used in cooking and to produce soft drinks such as elderflower cordial, as well as being added to alcoholic drinks such as Sambuca. Elderflower adds delicately sweet floral notes to our gin.

Add some colour to your blend. The more you add, the darker pink colour you will recieve.

Nature expertly being crossed with science here. Add some of this to your blend to get a lovely blue colour, but there is more! If you add tonic or lemonade to your drink, watch as this changes from a lovely blue, to pink!

The classic mediterrainian pairing. This comes across as you would expect, with a lovely sweet basil flavour coming over with the classic olive taste, with a slight saltiness.

This traditional winter spice is native to the Indonesian Maluku Islands. We use Cloves to give our Cranberry & Gin a unique aromatic flavour, that is simultaneously strong, sweet and peppery.

Oranges are one of the most widely cultivated fruit trees in the World. Produced on an evergreen flowering tree the orange is actually a hybrid between the pomelo and the mandarin. It’s beautiful fresh notes bring a wonderful sweetness when distilled.

Considered one of the 50 fundamental herbs in Chinese medicine Cassia is often used as an alternative to cinnamon, which is in the same family and genus.  This often leads to confusion between the two botanicals in both taste and texture.  Cassia bark adds a strong cinnamon style flavour with an extra peppery punch.

Nutmeg brings a complex, sweet and seasonal flavour which compliments and enhances the fresh orange taste.

Grapefruit is a key botanical with an unmistakeable citrus character, it adds an aroma and flavour that isn't found in other fruits. So-called because of the way the fruits bunch together while growing.

Most people are familiar with the bright yellow fruit that grows on evergreen trees native to Asia.  It has a distinctive sour taste and in gin provides extra delicate citrus notes and helps to add a zingy attitude to the other botanicals.

Sweet and fruity with a destinctive flavour of rhubarb

Fennel adds a further anise flavour but with some more depth and complexity. The seeds are taken from the flower of the fennel plant after it's bloomed and browned, when the seeds are at their ripest.

Native to South East Asia, kaffir lime leaves are utilised as an Indonesian insecticidal medicine and are also frequently used in Thai cuisine to add a zesty, aromatic yet astringent flavour.  The Kaffir lime leaves mix well with the lemon and bitter orange to give an all round full bodied fruity citrusy flavour.

Ginger when distilled adds sweet autumnal notes, complimenting the spicy orange and adding extra depth and complexity.
