Many years ago I picked up a bottle of the cinnamon spiced rum from Anno from Lidl. I started added a dash to my gin and tonics and my goodness, what a taste sensation. I ran out of this rum and managed to source the cinnamon spiced rum from a place in Swindon and decided also to buy the last 3 bottles of Owler spiced rum, along with 3 more bottles of botanical rum. Firstly, the black treacle bottle is so well presented with the wax around the lid, it is a shame to open it. I love the sound of opening the bottle with the top.
This rum is a delight from start to finish. I am now on my last bottle of dark spiced rum with its fantastic treacle flavour. This is fantastic rum from a traditional gin and tonic drinker.
This rum is just delicious, full of flavours. The only downside is it slips down so easily.
This was purchased as a birthday present and my daughter in law was delighted to receive it
Cranberry and warm Orange Juice a real treat after a cold walk. Love the other recommended recipes too.

I’m not a huge lover of alcohol in general but I went out of a meal last week and ordered this gin with lemonade and wow I ordered it from here the next day! I love that it’s local and locally sourced and I’ve already had 3 glasses!! Simply the best!
I bought this for husband for Christmas and he said it’s the best spiced rum he’s ever tasted. I don’t drink rum, but loved the bottle. So unique.
I absolutely love this with warm apple juice as a much nicer version of mulled wine, use the cocktail detail from the website for that one, it is brilliant
This is such a lovely Christmas gin, tried cheaper alternatives, what a mistake. Highly recommend this, delicious served with warm apple juice.

We discovered this gin approximately 5 years ago in a “pop up” shop in Tunbridge Wells, where they served you samples with hot cloudy apple juice…absolutely divine and better than mulled wine….. we’ve been drinking it ever since especially when the weather gets colder
